Tile Doctor Econo Seal is a deep penetrating, water
and stain repellant sealer designed for the protection
of very low porosity flooring materials.
Further advantages include its non-yellowing and
UV resistant properties, as well as being easy to
apply and low in toxicity. Because Econo Seal is
a deep penetrating sealer and not a surface sealer,
it will not peel, scratch or wear off. |

Tile Doctor Hydroseal is a pure acrylic, non-yellowing
sealer designed for the protection of high porosity
building materials, especially those that need protection
against abrasion. Hydroseal blocks the surface pores
and forms a resistant barrier to water and many
stains.
Ideal for use in areas where it is important to
retain the original colour of the surface being
sealed as it will not darken, but in fact bring
out the natural colour and grain of most surfaces. |

Tile Doctor Miracle Seal, unlike other sealers,
does not completely block the surface pores of the
substrate being sealed, thus allowing water vapour
to pass through the seal and dry out.
It does however protect against oil and stains
by lining the pores of the substrate with repellent
particles. Ideal for use on porous flooring materials
such as terracotta, imported and local clay tiles,
sandstone, etc. |

TILE DOCTOR AST 95 |
|
Genkem
AST 95 is a patented system that was developed specifically
to combat the slippery conditions that exist when
ceramic tiled floors become wet without detracting
from the positive features of the tile, i.e. its
appearance, wear resistance, easy maintenance or
hygienic properties.
Because AST 95 does not merely etch the surface,
but works by altering the molecular structure of
the glaze of the ceramic tile, it cannot be washed
away, affected by sunlight or cleaning chemicals
and will last as long as the tile's glaze. |
